Daisy Jones isn’t just a rock star icon, she’s a style icon, too. Riley Keough plays the beloved character in the Prime Video adaptation of ‘Daisy Jones & The Six,’ which premieres on March 3. As described in the book, Daisy has incredible style, and the show does an amazing job of translating Daisy’s fashion to TV.
The character of Daisy is loosely inspired by Stevie Nicks, and you can see it in her style. Costume designer Denise Wingate revealed that Daisy’s final performance look was actually Riley’s idea. “It was actually her idea to do the gold outfit at the end. She called me on the phone and said, ‘I’m in the car, I’m listening to ‘Gold Dust Woman.’ That’s what we should do for the final show.” And then we found the gold Halston piece and it was just perfect. We knew that had to be spectacular,” Denise told Glamour.
The first 3 episodes will premiere on March 3, followed by a new batch of episodes every Friday. Riley’s performance and Daisy’s fashion evolution are going to be a sight to behold. See photos of Riley as Daisy Jones in our gallery now.
