Twitter Inc. co-founder Jack Dorsey said he blamed himself for giving the company too much power to regulate speech.
In a blog post, Mr. Dorsey, who stepped down as Twitter’s chief executive last year, said his biggest mistake was having the company invest in tools that allowed it to manage the public conversation.
