Norfolk Southern Says It Will Look at Practices After Ohio Train Derailment

The head of Norfolk Southern Corp. said his railroad was prepared to make changes after the derailment of a train carrying hazardous chemicals in a small Ohio town.

The National Transportation Safety Board will release on Thursday its preliminary report into the Feb. 3 accident, which has sparked an environmental cleanup as well as a political skirmish. The full NTSB investigation will take months to complete.
