0410 GMT — Oil futures rise early in Asia’s afternoon, reversing earlier losses in what appears to be a technical rebound. On Wednesday, front-month Brent crude-oil futures fell 4% to the lowest settlement in more than 16 months, while front-month WTI crude oil futures fell below $70/bbl to the lowest finish since March. Front-month Brent futures are 0.6% higher at $72.77/bbl, while front-month WTI crude oil futures are 0.4% higher at $68.89/bbl. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
